Royall Best Estate Agents is the result of a story that started over 18 years ago, when estate agents Lucie Royall and Russell Best first met. Many years, two children and countless property transactions later, they combined their experience to launch Royall Best in 2023.

Russell has spent over 20 years helping people buy and sell homes along the Sussex coast, building a reputation for honest advice, expert negotiation and exceptional local knowledge. Having worked extensively between Lancing and Central Brighton, he understands the local property market inside and out.

Lucie began her career in estate agency before moving into customer service and service improvement roles with Brighton & Hove City Council. Having returned to the industry to join Royall Best full-time, she brings a passion for people, communication and attention to detail that perfectly complements Russell's extensive property expertise.
